Our free tools, including the invoice generator, run entirely in your browser. The invoice content you type is not transmitted to BillSnap. Your business details may be stored in your browser's local storage on your own device so you don't have to re-enter them; you can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

Done-for-you processing

When you use our paid invoice-processing service, you send us documents so we can extract and return their data. We use those documents only to produce your output and to support the service, and we do not sell them or their contents. Retention terms are set out in your service agreement.

Cookies & advertising

This site is supported by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party cookies at aboutads.info.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. This does not identify you personally.
